Having a really rough week emotionally and couldn't run to AU with the team because I needed to have a meeting that there was no other time for that lasted until 4:45. Ran on my own and thought I'd get there halfway through the workout, but only missed moving dynamics. Today was one of the running days that I needed so badly and it helped me feel a lot better...at least temporarily. Did 2*mile and an 800 all aiming for an 8 minute pace, but all were faster. Felt strong and connected to and thankful for my team. <3
