Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After Hunter's Safety, I went to Mitchell for circuits and pull-ups. Today I felt pretty "substantial" "burn" sensation in the heel, making me think it was too inflammed to run on.
But once in Mitchell I figured I'd do some light jogging to warm up before the pullups. Felt fine.
Did only 1 mile, then pullups and circuits.
