Weather: 60, nice
Comments:
BUSY and long day. Slept like ASS last night -- combination of too much beer, and too much (weird) food, too late. Ugh. Got up at 5 with gut-rot, so I just stayed up and worked. Thankfully, I got nearly all my coaching done before my first client at 8:15.
Ran from the office around 11 or so. Nice day. It was COLD in the AM, but warmed up nicely.
No tape on the ankle, and that was a mistake. The right heel was SUPER-stiff and sore. Should've taped or at least stretched, beforehand. Stopped to stretch at SEHS, and it came around a bit by the time I got to UO. Did like a half lap barefoot, but it was too damn sore, so I just stopped and ran back to the office. The stride came around -- enough to do some quick strides -- but I figured I should rest.
