Ok, so after getting 16 hrs of sleep, I felt a little better and ready to return to normal daily life. Regular sunday schedule, getting back into the gym too. I havnt run in a while but legs felt up for it. Comfortable and easy today with the pace, just getting things moving. It felt great. It was humid out and I got soaked. Very odd considering the time of the year with the leaves falling. This doesnt even feel like an Indian summer since its so muggy, not crisp. On the way out felt solid, then just zoned out and cruized on the way back. Finished up rather strong and felt so refreshed when I got back. Definitely needed this after getting through the tough beginning of this semester.
Essentials: Stretch
Got in a good stretch and rehydrated when I got back. I think that was once thing, not drinking enough water. Looking to up the mileage now that the weather is warm and I have a more normal grinding routine.
