Comments:
Getting back into the lab today. It was quiet, and a rainy day, a good atmosphere to catch up on some stuff. I wanted to run even though it was raining so I came back a little early. Went out on the rail trail to stay dry. Felt a little sore from yesterday, but still think I held a nice pace. Slowed down a little bit on the way back I could tell I was getting kinda tired actually. Made it back before getting too wet though, just wet from the sweat and humidity.
Essentials: Stretch
Ohh kinda tight actually so it felt good to stretch out. ITs most tight. I think now in this part of the semester I can focus more on running and keeping a routine. I took several months off and it wasnt good. Id like to get in 4 solid runs a week. Its managable and I should do it before the weather gets bad and it gets much darker out.
