Comments:
Easy run with Joy and Big O. Up North Park to Lee and back. Nice and easy run. Felt good, somewhere around 8 pace?

Finished the week at 33 miles in 6 days. Think I will stay at this mileage for a while to let my body adjust before I start increasing. After the last 2 weeks running a marathon in the spring doesnt seem like such a long shot.
