giant grass field by brighton town park- slow, soft, rutty, but felt good on the legs! hammering got us about 85...most were high 80's to 90...5 per set with 100m between 500m between sets. slowed to low/mid 90's in last set and felt very comfortable. alternated leading with Hastings. Think I borderline broke him.
