Yoga

Comments:
BUSY day. Three clients in the AM (including a student observer), coaching, then two PM clients before yoga. Slept well but understandably TIRED today.

CA had a work trip early this AM, so I was solo for yoga.

Yoga is such a great metric for run efficiency. If I'm efficient: balance and mobility are good. If my stride SUCKS, those things suck.

Remarkably, I felt great this class:

- good mobility (hips, forward fold)
- good balance (still more iffy on the left, but solid)
- good overall strength

Went for a quick beer with Mike at T&G. We sat in the back room to watch MNF (Bears & Vikings). Deigo was back there, as it turns out, ONLY to watch the coveted new Star Wars trailer at halftime! Actually looked pretty cool...

Overall, body is feeling good. Legs NOT trashed (other than calves). Just general fatigue.
