Comments:
Stayed late on campus and ran from there. Got a little bit chillier than I expected. Started out slow but definitely got rolling well I would say. Felt good going around the schools and finishing up on campus. Added on a lap in the track which I also picked up the pace around. it wasnt too crowded today at least on the track. This was my first real time in the gym this season.
Essentials: Stretch
A great stretching session on the mats after the lap on the track. Felt like I got everything moving and worked out. Jog back to the parking lot after didnt tighten me up too much. Realized Fall Foliage is on Saturday. I want to do it its a good cause for the kids.
