taking into account that I haven't ran a workout in a week and have been getting tons of sleep, this felt easy as it should. forewent long running because that's a surefire way to derail a recovering immune system. warmer air definitely helped breathing. bathroom break @ Wendy's near Mayfield & Warr. Cntr. Rd then turned around.
