Comments:
Ran at Northampton Park with the team. They were tired today. I did a mile warm up and strides and then ran part of the workout including 800, 800, 400, 400, 800. My times were 2:41, 2:50, 75, 73, 2:37. Felt easy. Ran small hill loop 5 times. Did the last 4 in just under 7 minutes. Short cool down. 6 miles total.
