Comments:
A true rest day. Slept in and then just chilled all day, maybe my body really needed it. It was nice out, but I napped right through the usual time I go to the gym. I wish I did and probably should have, but I was out of it. Stomach feeling a little off in the afternoon too. Still tired though even though I was sleeping so much today. Happy with the mileage this week though but determined to get it up higher and more consistent.
