Comments:
For some reason I'm super sore. Hopefully that'll go away within the next few days. Left calf starting to hurt again, so I'll do the warm up tomorrow and then decide if I want to x train or not.
The workout itself was good. Because of the calf, Anthony told me to take the first 400s lightly, so I did. I feel good about the effort on the rest of the workout. The 1600 was supposed to be at around a 5:40 pace for me, and I almost hit it. Just pushed as much as I could (without straining) on the way down the ladder.
Will ice and roll tonight.
