Comments:
Ladder workout at AU today. 2*400, 800, and 1600, and then another surprise 400 at the end. Supposed to be around an 8 minute pace for the 8 and 16 which felt pretty slow (!) for a workout, so I had trouble pacing because I wanted to go faster, but was also trying to respect the workout. Ran with Hailey, Jenna, Ilana, and Jara which was a nice group, and felt good for the most part. My shins have been hurting a bit in the last week, but I've been icing and it's very manageable pain compared to past seasons. I will aqua jog tomorrow or Thursday.
