Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Night run on campus at the end of a whirlwind but productive day. I have been in training consistently for only a week and I feel so much better. Stomach felt good right before and I just got to it, ran down to the stadium, did a loop then came back along Southwest and down the quad back to the gym. It was a pleasant evening, much warmer than this morning actually. Started out feeling good feeling strong a nice pace in the crisp night air. It was really dark out there in the field too. Finished up with a mile on the track, first 5 laps easy then switch over so some striders on the straight aways, getting the leg reps in.
Essentials: Stretch
Solid stretch it wasnt too crowded around the mats so I got my space. Legs feel good and flexible, not like after yesterday. Ended a little late but felt good to fit this in and glad my tummy held up this close to dinner time. Ran back to the parking lot after stretching.
