Comments:
After a long day at the office, not much time so only got in 3 miles. Supposed to do 5 for my first run of the week. Felt pretty good and a decent pace. A very positive sign--no knee pain. As much as I don't like it (especially for longer runs) I may need to go with the treadmill for the next couple of weeks.
