Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Solid run after seminar. Left right as it was getting dark out. It was perfect temperature though. Got to see the sunset from the top of the meadow which was awesome. There was some traffic on campus near Sylvan so I just went back along Infirmary Way and finished up at the gym. Finished up real real strong and felt pretty fast.
Essentials: Stretch
Good simple stretch. I was pretty tired in the gym so I just kept to stretching. Started to get hungry as well. Legs feel good this week was some solid mileage all things considered and I really feel reved up. Legs feeling good too.
