Had class all day -- it went pretty well. Learned a lot, AGAIN.

My leg SUCKED, though: tried not to sit too long. I really wanted to ask Scott about it, but I didn't. I used the "gift" lumbar roll a lot but it didn't seem to help.

Hung out with FRIENDER (Joe Knolmayer -- aka "Joe No-Friener") tonight, for maybe the first time in 6 years, maybe? Grabbed a couple beers and some chow, and caught up. Good guy. Looks GOOD. He's the only classmate I know -- besides me -- who weighs LESS now than he did in high school.
