Exercise Type: Run

Weather: mid 60s, beautiful!!!

Comments:
Busy day. Rather than run in the middle of it, I "worked" most of it, took a short break, then back to work for a client, before yoga. I had a good hour between work and yoga, so I drove to T&G, parked out front, and ran.

Felt fairly stiff...but "good". A little asthmatic (burn season!).

Had a solid yoga class, and balance and mobility was good. No CA, No Mike, so I enjoyed a beer at T&G, solo, while reading a book: pre-2014 old tyme!

FIGURED OUT my ankle: there's a "torsional stiffness": fibula is jammed forward (and tibia jammed back). After yoga, I spent a beer's worth of time doing a substantial "foot in, knee out" ankle stretch.

HOPEFUL!

Wore the new N2 Roads (blue & blue). No socks, so they were a bit abrasive.
