Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran really all over the place for this slightly short long run. The high school team was running a hard mile today so I ran to the school warmed up with them and then jogged around the track while they ran. Stuart was there so we jogged for a long time. He talked about all his stupid stories and how freaking fast he is. After the high school team was done we cooled down with them and then jogged about a half hour extra on our own for about 11. Pretty slow the whole way but that felt good today. It was good to run with him and hear how its going. He'll be at districts next week which I'm going to try to make. Should be fun stuff. A nice long run overall.
