Comments:
Wasnt feeling as crappy as I thought I would be this morning after our party. Still slept in and just chilled. Made it out eventually and started to feel a lot better. Actually had a solid consistent pace today I would say, pleased with that. Looped up down Lincoln actually afterwards to add on a little bit. Not a lot going on around town, some kids in costume. It felt the most like fall today, really enjoyed the running weather.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch when I got back. Still feelin a little sluggish but the fresh air helped get things moving again. Legs really wanted to run actually after not going since Tuesday this week.
