October 31, 2017 (Night)
Exercise Type: Run
Weather: super-nice, dark (but smokey)
Comments:
CA led from our house. All the parent-runners (Lewis, Evan, CB, et al) were out tonight, so it was a small group: me, CA, Tommy and Hammer.
CA led in a neighborhood run: up and around the College Hill reservoir, down to Friendly St, through HUGE throngs of Trick or Treaters down there, then up through Morse Ranch park to check out a house for sale, then down to Willamette and back home.
Short but sweet.
Felt STIFF in the heels, to begin with, then pretty OK. CA complained of this random left lateral foot pain. Crap.
Social: CA had made us chili and cornbread, which we enjoyed with Melvin MPA and the World Series! Fun social at our house. :-)
