Comments:
Ran around Twinsburg today. Did Heritage hills origionally was going to do 8 but cut it to 6 when I didn't feel so good. Especially with the Michigan tomorrow I wanted to feel fresh so I cut it. Ran by myself the whole time just jamming to my ipod. Just felt tired for most of it. Oh well hopefully I'll wake up refreshed and ready for the workout tomorrow. Still don't know if I'm running confrence so we'll see.
Static 1 without a rope and Coach Lenese Circut afterwards. NO abs though unfortaunatly so I'll have to make those up tomorrow night.
