Exercise Type: Weights

Since I still might be running confrence I did the championship lift toady.
Double Leg Box Jumps 3x10 (Not bad but my legs felt tired just like on the run. I don't know why)
Single leg step ups (10,8,8) with 45 (Legs tiredon this one too)
Calf raises 2x12 (Not bad about the same as usual)
Superset Pullups and Bicep curls curls with 45 (almost 9 pullups first set again! Maybe I'll be able to do 10 soon. fell off the second set as usual)
DB arm runs 2x20 w/5 (not bad tried to pump really fast as usual)
General Notes: Took too much rest. Really should cut it down for Thursday
