Had planned to run on campus but I stayed late and it was cold out! Also started raining wasnt prepared for the weather just yet. Came back, chilled, and then went downstairs to pump. Good stuff I can really work on my back down there and thats what I want to be stronger. Do want to run though, need to focus to stay with it, stay on course with the new weather and calendar set up.
Workout was:

DB Arm series x10 (10 lbs)
Deadlift x10 (30 lbs)
Squats x10 (30 lbs)
Bench Press x10 (40 lbs)
