Came back around sunset to get a run in. Really needed it. Sore from lifting yesterday and I had a pretty packed day. Need to go back in later to get a few more things going. Glad I got a break up here though. It was pitch black out though dang it gets dark and it isnt even that late. I can never tell how fast Im going in the dark. It feels fast but it might not be that quick. Felt good though just crushin it and pushing myself. Good release.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched when I got back legs feel tight and now they are sore. Toe was kinda tight this week as well and I didnt notice it at all during the run which is great.
