Comments:
was feeling good in the workout but had to stop to go to bathroom. while stopped i broke out in hives and itching etc. probably good i stopped when i did, otherwise this would have happened 4k and much more exerted effort later and probably would have been a whole lot worse. it just sucks because i was running a great workout to that point and aerobically and physically felt great until i had to stop.
