Comments:
Maybe technically a night run. Left when it was dark out, but quickly got into a solid strong pace through town and campus. Wasnt as cold as last night but I still bundled up well. Felt a little sore from yesterday but overall comfortable. On the way back, also just went along at a comfortable pace.
Essentials: Stretch
Short stretch out, pretty standard.
