Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran 5 miles at Black Creek. Got in a nice workout in the mud and rain with the Regionals XC team. Did 1 mile easy, 5 x 1000 meters on the last part of the XC course (up the hill) and then 100 meter strides and an easy cool down. It was muddy, slippery and terrible.
