Comments:
It was pretty windy and cold out today. I didnt feel great this afternoon, still so sluggish and fried out. I wanted to just lay on the couch still. I wonder if the semester is catching up to me, now I know a break is coming up. Just dont feel motivated on the weekends physically. I had some good mileage this week too. I finally got myself up and at least went out for something. It was fine. Nice and easy laps in the dark. The wind was refreshing. Still a little cramped but my legs feel so much better.
Essentials: Stretch
Since the gym is closed today, did get as extensive stretching as I would like. But anyways I needed something and it feels a lot better now. I hope to turkey trot will reinvigorate my training since its taken a slump the past few weeks I think, or at least it goes in cycles.
