Comments:
Travel day was very very boring and uneventful but I was crushing it. Made great time and was actually ready to shake out my legs in around sunset. Started with the dog walk at Cass Park and followed the waterfront trail all the way around through the farmers market and out to Dey st. From there, just linked up with Cayuga and took that the whole way back. Stomach was a little cramp here and there since I didn't eat much of a lunch, but I made it. Near the end through town had to stop at pretty much every stop light so that split things up. Overall, legs felt decent it was a nice jont around. Made it back just as it was getting really dark out.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch but had to hurry up to get ready for dinner. Afterwards I think legs were feeling more and more sore. Hope they are primed for the trot.
