Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 50s, light mist but nice
Comments:
Ran with Jeff at lunch, and decided to jam in a little tempo -- my first real "workout", post marathon.
Did out on the South Bank, across the VRC Bridge and back on the North Bank -- a mile before and a mile after to get the markers. 1st mile was low 5:40s, the 2nd high 5:40s -- as accurate (or NOT) as those marks are.
Felt pretty good: focused on the knee drive/pawing stride.
Looped back to pick up Jeff, who did his in low 6s and mid-6s. The plan is to do tempos on W and track sessions together Fs. He's gotta be fit as HELL if he keeps that up.
I'm hoping the same for myself! :)
