Comments:
Ran out the Forrest Hills for the modified Mighigan. So looking at this workout on paper I thought it was going to be a lot harder than it was. That said my legs are trashed now. I'm just total body tired. That's probably in part due to not sleeping very well last night but the workout definitly contributed its fair share. I really felt tired all day but during the workout I felt absolutly fine and didn't feel too taxed throughout. I kinda held back from the front pack in the early stages of the workout thinking that things would get a lot worse later but they didn't so on the last few I stayed right up with the leaders.
