Weather: NICE high 70s overcast, turned clear
Comments:
Went over the hill! Up over Forest park and down to Beaverton, missed a couple turns according to my route, but I made it up with some extra length at the end of the run. I took a mini cliff bar at the top of the hill, and I could feel the new energy in my body as I was going along the last 4 miles. I felt renewed and able to RUN. I will have to remember to power up more in the future!
