Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Run on campus today trying to get back into it. Feeling a little sluggish, I think the colds are catching up to me. Staying focused though. Ran right at sunset and it was nice, but it got dark pretty quickly. Tried to stick to the lights as much as possible then. After O Hill ran down the hill and just wrapped around campus. Finished up rather slowly into the gym. The gym was completely packed today. I managed to get into the track and ran a nice cool down.
Essentials: Stretch
Did a little stretch where I could, but it was too crowded and I am not messing around with these colds and meningitis outbreak. I jogged back to the parking lot and made it back. Rather skimpped on the essentials, but I need to catch up on those legs gonna be sore.
