Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First run back for winter track because I had fata yesterday. Nice to be back running because I didn't get around to running the entire 3 weeks of break. Winter loop with Alyssa. Felt much harder than the end of xc, but went a decent length for a first run. Definitely made my crappy day/week/month 1000x better.
