Aquajogged and had a lovely time as always catching up with Isabel who I haven't seen for like a month. Could have chatted much longer. The aquajog felt good. I was worried the water would sting a lot on my knee, but it loosened up and didn't hurt after a while. The actual knee joint is hurting more now than just the bruising/swelling, and I'm not sure if that's from aquajogging or just the day. I'll see how it feels tomorrow to decide if I should run. Ankle is 85% fine, but just feels a little achy/weak.
