Comments:
Stressful and crazy week. Came crashing down again just depleted, couldnt get myself to run on campus at the end of the day I was just too fried. When I got home, then everyone came back and left immediately. IDK what was up but I was all alone and had low drive to do anything, finally got downstairs to slam some iron. It felt good havent lifted in a while and I felt stronger.
Workout was:
3 sets of
DB Arm series x10
Dead lift x10 (30 lbs)
Squat x10 (30 lbs)
Straight Leg deadlift x10 (30 lbs)
