Comments:
Feeling run down yesterday, got some work done today and they that helped me get into a run in the evening. Got to say, good run, took a little longer route, pushed the pace. Felt relaxed and released. Kinda erased all the stress from the past few days. Thats what its all about.
Essentials: Stretch
Was feeling a little tight from the lifting yesterday but legs fine now feel good after the run. Finished up strong and the stretched so things are loose and comfortable
