Comments:
So sleepy today, hard to get up from my nap, body really wanted it, but also really needed to run. Got going and felt much better. I know the route so its easy to just cruze on through. Felt solid out and back from the gym. Not as cold as I thought it was.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch when I got back. I was pretty tired and worked so it was nice to get back and chill. Legs dont feel too sore from the lifting anymore, feel strong actually. Just another reminder than running can always reel you back in when things seem crazy.
