No run - PM Lorane-Bailey Bike

Comments:
Saw a couple patients in the AM, then had Kelly work on my calves. He did a solid job, but not amazing (tough to stomach that $110 with tip for that!).
The calves were pretty trashed, so no run. Instead, I did some work at home. Around 4, it was nice, so CA and I biked the Lorane-Bailey loop, just before sundown. Nice weather, good ride.
PM: some drama with our "new roommate". Ugh. So glad this shit is going to be over. It's always "drama".
Went to PHHS basketball - Matt's first home game of the season. Lots of old tyme Cottage Grovers there (Bart, Garrett, Matt's wife Sara and kids, and Ricky). Only CA and I for post-game beers.
Fun observation, watching our two best runners play basketball.
