Weather: cold, but not raining

First day of "Track Breakfast Club": our AM run meeting consisting of:
easy (usually) run
weight training
breakfast in Mr Thornton's room (coffee, PB&J)
The weight demo went well last night so it was a 3-mile run with headlamps, the straight into the weight room. Timing was good, with plenty of time for kids to shower, change and get some CYYYAAALORIES, before school.
I'm tired, but it was fun!
