AR Loop + Orchard Hill

Comments:
Weird weather today. It was warm, rainy, and misty by the time I got into running. It was cool to wear shorts in winter though. Ran around campus, over to the schools, then up over O-Hill. I guess it wasnt as long as I was expecting, but I finished up really strong and felt good at the end. Added on some more mileage on the track and even a half of straight away striders. I been careening through the day again so it was so so nice to get a good run in. The gym was so packed, no stretching space, so I had to tail it back to the parking lot and come back and stretch.

Essentials: Stretch

Obviously a little tight when I got back because I didnt get in a good stretch. Need to work that out. Longer mileage each outing lately is building and feeling like the build stage. I like that. Consistency is also key.
