today we ran a bridges loop, first time for a lot of the new kids, it was pretty awesome. not sure about the mileage, but i would say a fairly close guess. afterwards we did some drills and stuff on the lower field, as well as some crazy sprinting/running backwards stuff around a goalee box on teh soccer field. idk WHAT that was, but it was goofy lol. ignore pace because of weird mileage
