Grind mile + 2x 300-200-100

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Very sunny, not too cold

Comments:
Worked from home in the PM, then reluctantly went for a hard workout.

Spent a TON of time in the afternoon crafting a letter to various WSER Board members (TJ, Trent, Krazy Karl) about my issues with the lottery. Then used that frustration to put into a workout.

STILL trying to knock off rust, and this was another good step. Did a couple miles warm-up, full drills, x4 strides, then a grind mile on the bark.

Felt pretty decent and didn't run too slow: 6:04.

Saw Tommy mid-way, then did some of my recovery with him, before heading to the track.

Once again, did the work without looking at splits. Sluggish but fine.

Splits:

56.0, 36.0, xx
55.6, 35.x, xx

SLOW, but oh well. Some hip stiffness that I'm working through.

Jogged to see Tommy, but was running late, so I jogged back to the office for my PM client.
