Comments:
Went out 8 miles with Tim Smith and Chris Kelly, which tired me out pretty good, but I needed to keep working so I went to bike with Mike Vaughn in the cardio room. That was nice, a good effort, but also a solid break. Then Mike, Austin, and I went out for just under 4 miles. Considering that I feel pretty good right now, things are getting better.
