Comments:
started at 9.2, felt like shit for the first half mile but then got into it. Started feeling really tired at 2.0 miles then slowed down to 8.5 for a half mile, then 9.0 for the rest and finished at 10 for the last 0.15 miles. overall feeling HEAVY and not great but a good run for that feeling.
