Ankle still stiff and bugging me today, so I had to chill out with the run a little bit. I still wanted to do something so I made my way to the gym and hit the bike. It was pretty good actually it has been a while since I was on the bike but I made it through. Got a good pump in my legs. Throughout the bike ankle started to feel better. Still tight afterwards but Im glad I got something in cause I needed a break today.

Essentials: Stretch, L7

Good stretch out afterwards took my time, even though I was getting hungry. L7 was tough though since I had to bend my ankle ever so. Rest and recovery and we get back out there soon.
