TBC - easy + "straights & curves"

December 12, 2017 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: mid 20s, cold

Comments:
TBC, this time with some track running! Good crew: everyone but our bball boys. Ran Bates Loop, then went to the track. Did 5 laps of fast straights & jog curves. Started at like maybe 35-5K pace, then got down to a good, hard sprint. Good stride coaching -- I ran in the infield so I could get a sideview of everyone.

The usual weights, afterward.

Rest of the day:
- did a bunch of work at home
- chose not to run again; not sure why, but I wasn't really feeling that great
- had one PM patient (ugh -- one of our track sprinters: might have an ACL tear!!!)
- quick weight session
- went to a Slocum Orthopedics "Journal Club". Pretty cool. One of the ortho surgeons who likes me, invited me. It was pretty great. We reviewed, then discussed about ten papers. One was a running study, so it was fun to banter with at least a half dozen surgeons in the room -- all of whom I've "known", on paper, for years, but had never met.

No hunt social: didn't get out 'til after 8PM.

Started to feel "off" in my stomach in the PM...
