Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Made it to the gym today after being just fried out this week. It was nice to get moving a little. Ankle still feeling pretty sore and tight. I think swelling is down but the tension is still lingering. Started out with a few laps on the track, then biked and finished with a little more. Brace kept the support and I could make it around but only at an easy pace.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll
Had to get a solid stretch in afterwards, focusing on ankles and lower legs. Feeling better. Honestly though, while stretching, I just wanted to sit there and zone out for a little bit, that felt most natural. Just grindin here as usual.
